Irish War Cry is a very kind horse but he can be playful and he knows who he can play with and who he is gentle with.  Liza, an IWC fan came yesterday to visit him and others.  We told her to be careful and like many eight year olds she really wanted to stroke him.  He put his head down so she could stroke his nose over and over; he then started chewing and yawning (photo) which is a great sign of relaxation.  He loved the attention and was fascinated by the small person.  Even Isobel the cat came to join in the party and she only goes to people she’s known a while.
