Mihrab First, Safwah Second

Written by Sue Kenny on December 1, 2017

As with our first runners we had two in the race, both ran well but Mihrab pulled on her one race experience and cut back in distance to win by five and three quarter lengths with Safwah running a good first race behind her to be second, one and three quarter lengths in front of her nearest rival.  They are both owned by RMJ Stables who bought Mihrab, out of multiple Graded stakes winner Bshsarpsonata as a yearling and bought Safwah, who is a half sister to this years Derby winner Always Dreaming, as a foal.  Congratulations to him for both of his girls today.
