Miss Ella Impresses

Written by Sue Kenny on July 25, 2017

Last to first on a rain soaked Saratoga course yesterday Miss Ella was very impressive in the Caress Stakes, winning it for the second year in a row (last year on the dirt).  It was five and a half furlongs and as you can imagine they didn’t hang around, so for her to come from last to first, through traffic, was incredible.   Miss Ella is a very accomplished young lady as since winning her first race each of her subsequent fifteen races, bar one, have been in Stakes where she has consistently won or placed.  Congratulations to owner and breeder Jack Swain III.
