Rugbyman

Seems to be sloppy tracks everywhere this weekend but Rugbyman, by Tapit, seemed to relish the conditions while winning by daylight today at Belmont.  It was his second race after having a less than ideal first race at Keeneland a month ago.   He is a big horse, at least 16 hands as a two year old, who loves to lie down and nap!  Congratulations to Wertheimer et Frere, owners and breeders.

Would you consider running him in the Belmont stakes if you think he’s ready…also I love the way scholar athlete finished his last race…they could’ve went around the track again and I don’t think anybody was going to pass him..
