Recently I went to visit Ballast and Red Dust who are both retired together at a beautiful farm on the eastern shore of Maryland.  They have just been walking and trotting this winter to let them down and relax and they are very happy trail riding through the woods and by the water

Ballast in the background and Red Dust in the fore.  This was taken a few weeks ago so the grass was being well supplemented with alfalfa hay!  Apparently the grass is coming through nicely now…
