Tim Rooney’s END OF ROMANCE (IRE) added another tick in the win column at Delaware Park on Saturday, June 21, bringing his record to three victories from six lifetime starts.

Bred in Ireland by Mr. Rooney and Corduff Stud, the 3-year-old son of Showcasing (GB) – Folk Melody (IRE), by Street Cry (IRE) began his career at Pontefract in Yorkshire on August 7, 2024, winning that first effort. He scored again two starts later at Southwell on October 21 before joining us here at Fair Hill in November.

Yesterday was his first win on North American soil. Kevin Gomez was aboard for the allowance going a mile and 70 yards on the turf. Cheers to Tim Rooney on another score!
