Aruna was the only runner in the 6 horse field who had not started this year and it was a strange race!  They went at a pedestrian pace and all runners bar the third and fourth finished in the same position as they ran.  That happens so rarely.  Basically they all went slow and all quickened evenly.  I’m sure the race would be good for Aruna to get her ready for the season ahead of her.{jcomments on}
