Ring Weekend’s breeze

Ring Weekend’s breeze at Fair Hill this morning with Robbie Walsh aboard – a very comfortable 6f in 1:12 and change. The plan is to ship to Churchill Downs early Monday morning. Breeze

Inimitable Romanee again

She just loves the mile and a half distance.  Today she won the Bewitch Stakes (Grade III) at Keeneland but like so many of these top class fillies races they run against each other whether it be Grade I, II or III.  Drawn the 12 post Alan Garcia got her out of the gate in […]

Banner Day

It’s been a great afternoon for Graham and the rest of Team Herringswell with four winners on the day.   At Pimlico, Qualify broke his maiden by an eye-popping 8 3/4 lengths under a masterful ride by Erick Rodriguez.  The striking son of Medaglia D’Oro is owned by Dark Hollow Farm, Arnold Davidov and David […]

Good Friday

It’s been a very productive afternoon for Herringswell at Old Hilltop, with our runners scoring back-to-back victories in the card’s 3rd and 4th races. Chadds Ford Stables’ Lookout Raven (Empire Maker – Tricky Bird by Storm Bird) broke her maiden in fine style under Trevor McCarthy going a mile over Pimlico’s turf course. One race […]

Welcome Spring

We hope you’ll enjoy this great new video produced by Anita of one of our sets going “out back” for the first time this Spring.  As you can see, everyone was feeling good!! Out Back at Fair Hill 4/9/14

Rapscallion and Watery Moon

At the time of writing we’ve had 2 winners on opening day so I’m going to include them both!  Our first winner of the meet was Rapscallion, who after a disappointing first race this season certainly made up for it today by leading from start to finish to win nicely by 2 3/4 lengths.  Congratulations […]

More Dido

Hopefully this year will be Dido’s year and she seems to have kicked off to a pretty good start.  She won her second in a row yesterday at Tampa quite comfortably on their lovely turf course, which is still in incredibly good shape after running on it all winter.  Congratulations to owner/breeder Jack Swain, III.

Guts And Glory prevails again

Guts And Glory won his second race yesterday at Tampa.  That makes it back to back wins for him at that track now.  He previously had two back to back seconds there.  Congratulations to Live Oak Plantation who own and bred him.
