Yesterday afternoon Sit Chilly won her first race at Delaware Park, battling back bravely after being headed in the stretch. This was her second try on turf and she seems to have taken to it. Congratulations to Bushwood Stables, owner and breeder.

Smart Seattle was our other winner last evening at Penn National. Covered up nicely by Clinton Potts as instructed, she swung out leaving the final turn and unleashed a good run to be up at the wire. Congratulations to George Strawbridge, Jr, also owner and breeder.{jcomments on}
