Please racing Gods, bring back long distance grass races as they are needed!  Today Empressof The Nile was very comfortable with the mile and a half Zagora Stakes at Aqueduct and although the winning margin was a half length it was an easy half a length and the placed horses were stacked up behind her, not drawn out and tired, so they really relished the distance too.  Congratulations to owners Madaket Stables LLC, Manganaro Bloodstock and Robert Masiello.
