Main Sequence ran for the first time in the US since coming over from England 6 months ago and ran first in the United Nations (Grade I) at Monmouth Park. A very useful performer in England for David Lanigan (finishing second in the English Derby) he seemed to recapture his form today. Congratulations to Flaxman Holdings and Rajiv Maragh, his first time rider.
The race was also a “Win And You’re In” berth to the Breeders Cup.
