He’s Back! Irish War Cry Wins The Pimlico Special

After relentless rain fell at Old Hilltop the Pimlico Special was run over a sloppy track.  Irish War Cry had his game face on and was primed to run a big race.  Ridden by Jose Ortiz, Irish War Cry broke out of the gate in front and stayed there – winning by 4 1/2 lengths under wraps.  He was led into the winners circle by Ellie Glaccum, grand niece of owner and breeder Isabelle deTomaso who was watching the race from her home in Italy.  Congratulations to the partners Hill n Dale Syndicated Stallions some of whom were on hand for the win photo.
