It seemed for a while that J La Tache might be a professional maiden, finding ones just too good each time of her last seven races!  She had been running in the best company though, so not that disgraceful, and she was finishing on the board!  Today though at Laurel it all changed and she left her company trailing.  She ran fast splits of 23 and 46 for the first half and still managed to win going away.  Congratulations to My Meadowview LLC.

Je Suis Tizzy was our other runner in the race and she was starting for the first time.  She ran a good race but probably wondered why she had to run so fast to keep up!
