Jane Peterson and Classic Oversight

After a ten-month break, Jane Peterson was back in great form yesterday at Pimlico to win her first race off the layoff.  She has now won three races from nine starts, finishing out of the top three in only two of those starts.  Congratulations to Terry Murray and Paul Braverman.

We also had our first starter (in many, many years anyway) at Charles Town for Sam Huff.  He sent us a West Virginia-bred so it made sense to run her there.  It paid off with a nice win first time out for him.  Congratulations to Sam, who was there to watch the filly with co-breeder Carol Holden.

I was very surprised to see Graham have an entry there last night–wish he would run more, but I do understand why he doesn’t. It was cool to see one of your horses there last night though– nice win at the wire! Perhaps a future runner in the WV Bred stakes races??
