Rapscallion did not seem to be fancied at all in the betting today but he turned it all around by rousting the field by 2 1/4 lengths.  Unfortunately Mr. Sullivan was stuck in traffic so didn’t get to the races but sent a note to say thank you and how pleased he was.  Many congratulations.
