Patinka’s wire to wire win at Delaware on her first try on the grass was a dream come true for owner Dr. Stuart Brown, II.  Her dam was sold to his late wife for a $1 and Patinka herself was not well at all when she was born and was in a coma for three days.  Stuart’s wife nursed her back to health and she has now won her first race.  Congratulations to Stuart who flew in from Kentucky today to watch her run.
