Pleasantly perfect!

In so many ways.  Pleasantly Perfect is the Lane’s End sire of our new superstar, Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Turf winner Shared Account, and the win of course was ‘pleasantly perfect’!  What an exciting stretch run with last years winner Midday.  Shared Account’s stamina definitely came into play by getting the better of her.  There was bunching at the quarter pole and it got a little tight but I kept watching Edgar’s head and I reckoned if it kept moving evenly he was still going forward!!

Thank you Shared Account and Edgar Prado for a perfect run and ride.

Tom Mullikan, the manager of Sagamore Farm had loads of confidence when I spoke to him yesterday.  He told me they’d be up next week to see their Breeders Cup champion.  Congratulations and loads of Grey Goose vodka for them.

I’m also especially pleased for Oscar her groom and Betsy her best friend the goat!  Oscar is so loving and wonderful with her and Betsy has kept her stall warm since she left.  It’s a bit of a mess now so we’ll have to tidy it up before she gets back.

Graham, according to someone on TVG, you are an underated turf trainer – but we don’t think so!!!  Congratulations and well done on all your hard work, attention to detail and getting Shared Account so pleasantly perfect for her big day.{jcomments on}
