Lightly raced Before Electricity who hasn’t run since the end of January last year came back from her long lay off with a bang today at Philadelphia Park on a sloppy track.  She raced mainly before on the Tapeta surface at Presque Isle Downs so this sloppy surface was new to her!  Congratulations to Bushwood Stables.{jcomments on}
