She was making her fourth career start, and Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners’ STRUT produced a showy 6 1/4 length maiden-breaking win at Delaware Park. Jeremy Rose had the mount in the flat mile on the turf on Saturday afternoon.

Strut “saved ground while settling in the middle of the field, angled out to split rivals at the three-eighths pole, was three-wide at the quarter pole, took command entering the stretch and quickly drew clear.”

The 3-year-old daughter of Bernardini was bred by Tenlane Farm, LLC. She is out Race Hunter (by Dixie Union), also the dam of Chasing Time (Not This Time), a graded stakes placed earner of  $464,053.
