How long have you worked for Herringswell Stables? Since 2013.

How did you become involved with horses? My brother Jose came here in 2004 to become a jockey. I came to visit and became interested and horses and racing, so I stayed.

What was your first racing-related job? I started out as a hotwalker at Thistledown in Ohio.

What is your favorite racing memory? I have two, both with Main Sequence! The first was when he won a Grade 1. He was the first horse I had taken care of to win one, and then of course he won the Breeders’ Cup Mile. It was a dream come true.
