Icabad Crane finished third in the West Point Stakes at Saratoga on the grass yesterday.  This is the first time he’s tried the grass again since he encountered soft turf at Belmont in May of 2009.  In between, he’s been running very competitively in Stake races on the dirt.  Nice to have a verstatile horse!

Quechee had his first Stake run yesterday and finished a good third at Presque Isle Downs in the Lil E. Tee Handicap Stakes.  Well done him.{jcomments on}
