Unbridled Humor

I thought she had too much unbridled energy at first as she zipped out of the gate and wanted to go! John Velasquez harnessed her a little to sit behind the front runner but the turf at Saratoga is fast so the fractions didn’t slow down much! She took the lead around the last turn and off she went to win nicely by about three lengths. Congratulations to Live Oak Plantation who are having a great Saratoga meet.

Our other two runners today had tough losses – both second by a neck. Syzygy ran a much improved race from his last start and Turf Melody, who was stuck for room most of his race ran a great second in the Grade III Saranac Stakes. {jcomments on}
