Media Madness

Consistent Media Madness won her second race this afternoon, at Churchill Downs.  This was her fifth race and she has now won two, been second twice and once third.  Many congratulations to Ralphy Meahjohn who lives in Trinidad and Tobago.{jcomments on}

Care Bear wins again

This was his second win for us, both wins being at Philadelphia Park. I’m guessing he quite likes that track! Congratulations to Bushwood Stables.{jcomments on}

Disappointed

But not upset, after all Animal Kingdom did win the Derby and that is huge!  If he had a better break today it would have been a different story, but that’s horse racing – annoying sometimes.  The sand was a lot stickier than Churchill too.  Did he make up some ground though.  Take nothing away […]

Golden Causeway

Second runner and second winner of the day was Golden Causeway.  Bred and owned by Live Oak Plantation, it was great to have a winner for them on Preakness Day.  Congratulations.{jcomments on}

Technique

Technique’s five and a half month break stood him in good stead today as he ran as a fresh horse to win the opener at Pimlico on Preakness Day.  Congratulations to owners Jack Jones, Jr. and David Houchin.{jcomments on}

Marion Ravenwood

Marion Ravenwood won her second race in five starts yesterday; she was second in all but one of the other placed starts.  The race suited her perfectly as she ran on Pimlico’s dirt surface when the race came off the grass.  She won by 7 1/4 lengths in a hand ride by Jeremy Rose. To […]

Animal Kingdom came home!

Aniimal Kingdom arrived at Fair Hill last night around 5.30pm to a fanfare of fans, TV media and employees.  We were so excited to see him and he came off the van, totally ignored everyone and put his head down to eat grass!  Nice to know nothing bothers him!{jcomments on}

THANK YOU!

We want to thank everyone for sending e-mails, letters, cards, phone calls and all the well wishers for Aniimal Kingdom’s Derby win.  The support has been overwhelming.  It’s wonderful to have so many fans and great supporters – thank you.{jcomments on}
