Sea Of Clouds “Cover Boy”

05/11/2021 Today’s Thoroughbred Daily News Sea Of Clouds – made the front page of the TDN this morning. We are so proud of this little horse. Owned in partnership with Sue Haldeman, Annie Jones, David and Patricia Vos, Sheik Fahad Al-Thani and Evie Dutton. He was one of two horses that made the cross country […]

Spring Is Finally Here

A sure sign of spring when you see this happening around Fair Hill. There are two litters (that we know of) one on each side of the track. We were no more than ten feet away for this shot. Obviously they are used to many curious humans checking them out.

Drakesboro Wildcat

Running for the first time on dirt for us, on a sloppy track to boot seemed to invigorate home bred Drakesboro Wildcat today at Pimlico.  He started his career on dirt and didn’t seem to relish the surface but seems from today’s race to have changed his mind!  Congratulations to Stuart Brown of Brownstead Farm.

White Winged Dove

Apart from being a sweet girl she is very special to us as she is the last foal out of Graded Stakes winner Aruna who won many races for us.  Dove ran once for us last year after a couple of previous starts in France and was put away to mature and grow – which […]

Saturday Sun

She’s only been with us for a couple of weeks after having a break at Sam Son Farm in Ocala but she was freshened up well enough to win a nice maiden at Tampa today in pretty impressive fashion.  Congratulations to Sam Son who is also her breeder, as are most of their horses.  She […]

Win race, dump jockey, have photo taken in winners circle, go home for rest.  Thankfully Hector Diaz is fine and congratulations to owner and breeder Sam Son Farm. Credit SV Photography

Duchess Of Sussex

Back to her preferred surface or grass today made her very happy!  She broke on top and led the field through amazingly fast fractions for the full one mile and one sixteenth at Tampa.  I can’t see track record times but she can’t have been far off it!  Congratulations to Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners for yet […]

Promise The World

First start, no problem.  Although Promise The World was running against fillies who had run before, she was very professional; even getting stuck behind horses for a while did not deter her ardor to get to the lead, even taking time to gear down at the wire.    She was also very patiently ridden by Carol […]

Candy Flower

Sweet Candy Flower won her second race yesterday at Gulfstream.   Just turned four years old she’s lightly raced with only seven starts but has been thereabouts (except for her first race) every time, very game.  Congratulations to owner and breeder Albert Frassetto.
