Irish Strait is a half brother to Irish War Cry but being by English Channel he loved the grass! He is not very big but is the color of his brother and also a multiple Graded Stakes winner. The family have longevity as they mature as they get older, so he kept running until this year (2020). Liz Silva who worked for us had always said she wanted him – so she got him! He joins her roster of 2 older gentleman and another couple of retiree she has from us – Jane Peterson and Dr. No. He’s having the winter off and she will ride him in paper chases in his retirement.
