Conspirer

Conspirer eventually got in done!  She won her race at Monmouth today on the turf.  She’s tried all three surfaces and the drop in level today at Monmouth was what she wanted.  Congratulations to Isabelle de Tomaso who saw her last week while she was over visiting from Italy.

Belvoir dressage

I was sent a video of Belvoir going through his dressage paces at the Middleburg Show recently.  I know very little about dressage but he looks happy, is listening to the rider and moving well.  Another successful transition from racetrack to ‘another job’ by Emily Siegrist. Belvoir dressage

Baron Slew renewed

Trish Bosley has Baron Slew who she’s getting ready for Stuart Pittman’s Thoroughbred Makeover.  Although he’ll appear at the Makeover this year he’s been given extra time due to a couple of foot issues when he came off the track, but already he’s come so far.  This is only his third time of being ridden […]

Presque Isle last night

Both Helm and Air Alaska won last night at Presque Isle.  Air Alaska won her previous race up there so is now 2 for 2 on their Tapeta.  Helm reared up in the gate last time and didn’t have the best of breaks so we didn’t count his first race!  Congratulations to George Strawbridge, Jr. […]

Longshot Rapscallion

Rapscallion did not seem to be fancied at all in the betting today but he turned it all around by rousting the field by 2 1/4 lengths.  Unfortunately Mr. Sullivan was stuck in traffic so didn’t get to the races but sent a note to say thank you and how pleased he was.  Many congratulations. […]

More Than Sweet again

More Than Sweet won her second race out of four starts on a hot and humid day at Delaware Park yesterday.  The temperature on the chart reads 94 degrees!  Matt Rispoli picked up the ride as Jeremy was a little sore from a fall he had, so congratulations to Matt and Pin Oak Stud, owners […]

George made the Paulick report!

Independent George was one of our favorite, quirky characters.  He has a wonderful new home and today he made the Paulick Report!  Fantastic. Independent George
