Melvin was adored by all from day one! It was an extra bonus when he turned out to be a Graded Stakes winner. He ran until the age of 6 when he got a couple of issues that would not prevented him from running but the owner decided he didn’t need to prove anything else and retired him. He got a great home in South Carolina with Weslee Maddox Anderson, an accomplished horsewoman who is District Commissioner of their local Pony Club. Her daughter also loves to ride. This is a great home for him to be retrained and enjoy a great life.
